Annual Report

The Care Act 2014 requires Safeguarding Adults Boards (SABs) to publish an annual report as soon as is feasible after the end of each financial year, which sets out:

  • the work that has taken place to achieve the objectives set out within the Strategic Plan,
  • the details of any Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SARs) which are ongoing or have concluded in that year, as well as what work has taken place to implement recommendations from reviews,
  • the performance of member agencies and how effective partnership working is in safeguarding adults in East Sussex.
